Android Question Admob Does it still work??

Hi, Im new to Basic4Android (Less than a week in!) and Im just wondering if the Admob library still works? I was confused maybe read a lot of old posts, but apparently Admob has made some changes this month? So just wondered before trying to impliment it, if it actually worked?
