Android Question Advertising ID in apps for children?

Hello, does anyone on the forum have advertising in apps for children?
According to the family policy

You must not transmit Android advertising identifier (AAID), SIM Serial, Build Serial, BSSID, MAC, SSID, IMEI, and / or IMSI from children or users of unknown age.

The app has been removed from Google Play and the ads are restricted.
I have more apps for kids that use the advertising identifier, I have to find a solution if I don't want to lose my income, any ideas?
I have tried, without success, to remove the application from families.

Why do you need the Advertising ID in your apps?

I have apps with Admob Ads and don't use this ID.

I have been rejected for the message I show to comply with the GDPR policy, as indicated here.

But that message CANNOT be changed ... can it be removed without violating Google's policies?

I don't know how it works with apps for children.
The documentation says the consent is mandatory.
My apps is mainly to Brasil and I don't use the user consent.
As Google rejected your app, send an e-mail to the support team and ask for more information about this.
