Android Question Advices for recording audio, image and video

Hi, I have been asked for an application that allows to record audio, pictures and videos, which will be saved in directories with the name of the date of the day, then to be heard/viewed by the user.
Is it better to use a specific library or is it better to call the application installed on the system?
What do you advise me?
Any example?
