Android Question After Update to V13: the Bridge does not receive the compiled file

Hello,
today I updated B4A to V13. I followed all update instructions. B4A can connect to the bridge, but after compiling the project the finished file is not transferred.
Nothing happens anymore. The blue progress bar does not appear.
Before the Update from V12 all works fine.
The same thing happens with all projects.
Restart the Computer doesnt help.
Manually transferring the file to the smartphone using the file manager is possible.
Is this a known phenomenon? Do I need to update libraries?
