Android Question Android compiler

Is it possible to compile apps on android device...e.g..load an android app template e.g webview app, modify website name and generate an apk (signed with different package name etc) ?... i mean creating a small compiler that can compile a file based on a template directly on android platform

Actually i dont know about this. But i think is is NOT possible. You need a complete Development-Environment on your Device. I dont know any devel for a device.

Yeah...but i wanted to know if the same can be developed in basic4android...i.e creating an app like aide in basic4android
