Do you know if applications written with B4A could run without problems in that os ?

Your question is most relevant if you use a software emulator on your PC. If you have any doubts, you can of course choose to debug the application under test with a physical Android device on which you have installed the B4A bridge. But even with this choice you do not have a 100% guarantee that an app will always work flawlessly in all practical situations if you have not tested all infinite situations.
