If you must use the emulator and it doesn't work, then install Android Studio and start an AVD. It will work with B4A.
I used to use this feature, but I've been encountering this error for a while now. isnot there a way to use avd manager again?
why this error occur?

I was able to solve the problem with this solution:

For someone who installed Windows 10/11 N version, follow the steps at:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/topic/media-feature-pack-list-for-windows-n-editions-c1c6fffa-d052-8338-7a79-a4bb980a700a

Windows 10 N: Select the Start button, then select Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Optional features > Add a feature. Then locate the Media Feature Pack in the list of available optional features.

Windows 11 N: Select the Start button, then select Settings > Apps > Optional features. Select View features next to Add an optional feature, and then select the Media Feature Pack in the list of available optional features.
