Other Android SDK Build Tools v24.0.1

From pure curiosity I have try to compile app with Android SDK Build Tools v24.0.1, and it works.
It's look like problem with 24.x version is gone.
I'm using B4A v6.00.

It only fails on some computers. It is still not yet clear why it fails.

It's also fail on mine with v24.0, everything working fine with 24.0.1
