APK Installation Issue

When I am going to install application (apk) in Samsung Galaxy Tab Emulator using adb install command it shows an error as

"INSTALL_FAILED_MISSING_SHARED_LIBRARY"

Pls advise how to solve this problem

It will be more helpful to contact their support (as it is not related to Basic4android).
