Android Question App designed for tablets

Developer console see all my apk as not designed for tablets .I have searched a bit some documentation but I am afraid I could not understand what to do .

Does anyone have made the app with this compatibility features : DESIGNED FOR TABLETS ?
I generally scale the layout in order to be properly seen tablets but this seem not such big thing.
I only can say on app description : Dear users this app works on tablet as well.

Thanks , It works great .
I only created new folder as described in the tutorial ..added screen shots for tablet 7 '' and all messages are gone

I have followed the instructions in that post but when I compile my project to create the apk file, the folder (\Objects\res\drawable-hdpi) disappears. On Google my application continues to be "not created for tablets".
