Android Question App Lag

hi i make this in my app
to set images in my imageviews

but now is much much lag on my app i dont know why
have a error in my codE?
this code works fine

all 8 images view with images but many many lag in my app

why this?

can is because images sizes?
for exemple
1.jpg have 1mb 2.jpg have 3mb etc or its no is my problem?

How large are the files? Are you loading the images only once?

You should use LoadBitmapSample instead of LoadBitmap.

So the files are 1 to 3 mb each i suppose...

The image size (width x height) is the important factor as the images are stored uncompressed in memory. However if the JPEG file is 1mb then it is most probably a very large image and it should be loaded with LoadBitmapSample.
