Android Question AppCompat with ToolBar Problem, don't found AppCompat Libraryes HELP!!

if I use the search engine, but how do you think I got the link I shared before? https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/appcompat-with-toolbar-minimal-example.79896/

The problem is that this guide says that I should copy 3 files an .xml a .jar and an .aar and when I check the folders of the appcompat-v7 I can't find them I only see files similar to these:

thanks erel, you are right, I had not seen the attachments of the tutorial, I assumed that by installing the android support I downloaded the libraries. excuse me
