Can anyone please guide me how to buy Apple Developer license?

I have my own Apple ID

Thank you very much for sharing the link.
I am trying to enroll, tried multiple times but i am facing error. Below is the error message after i agree and click on Continue Terms & Condition.


We are unable to process your request.​

An unknown error occurred.

Can someone please help me the reason for the same?

I had this problem and how i solved it: Apple didn't like that I have address in Russia in apple id & Malaysian mobile phone number. Apple didn't tell me this. So, I just set russian mobile number and proceeded to payment.

Thanks, yes, my number and country are different. I will change the number as per country (I am staying) and will try again.

Later, can i change country and mobile number in future?
