I am trying to enroll, tried multiple times but i am facing error. Below is the error message after i agree and click on Continue Terms & Condition.
We are unable to process your request.
An unknown error occurred.
Can someone please help me the reason for the same?
Go to https://account.apple.com/account/manage/section/security Click the Email & Phone Numbers card and ensure that the registered phone numbers use the same country code as the address. Click the Account Security card and ensure that the trusted phone numbers use the same country code as the address. Wait for 10-15 minutes. Re-login. Try enrolling again. The error should be resolved.
I had this problem and how i solved it: Apple didn't like that I have address in Russia in apple id & Malaysian mobile phone number. Apple didn't tell me this. So, I just set russian mobile number and proceeded to payment.
