Other application always alert and sending alerts to mobile notification area

How can I include in my App alerts that appears as every incoming sms ?

I need make some Push feature

Where I can find instrution for that ?

Hello Pablo,
You will need to register an Intent receiver which will start a service when a SMS is received. Take a look at this : https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/static-sms-intent-filter.51338/
And about the Notification, it is a standard feature.

I had understood you wanted to throw an alert when a SMS is received, reason why I replied in that way

Do you mean when the mobile is "OFF" or when the mobile has no movement ?

If you mean "when no movement" than, perhaps should you use the PhoneSensors. And if it is when the mobile's screen is OFF than perhaps you could use the UserPresent from PhoneEvents

No.. forget the SMS... I'm not talking about SMS.. was only an example..

I'm talking about the Movil Alerts Sections.. for example..

I'm making a FREE APP , but thinking to a PREMIUM APP to offer with more features.. then I need that my FREE APP, can write in this Notification Section still if my FREE APP is not open

do you understand ?

like a service running all the time (not only when the user OPENS the FREE APP)

What you want is to show a Notification. You can do this with the Notification or NotificationBuilder and a service with StartForeground

...but apps that put any kind of advertisement into my notifications are uninstalled instantly.

The messages you mean fall under my edict of deinstallation.
Imo in notifications there should only be stuff i explicie want there. Everything else i do consider as spam and will be deleted.

I don't think it's spam. It just a notification to remind you there's new version.
And if you play game, many games used it to tell you that your building work is completed, your energy recharged... You always can long press the notification then check to disable it.
