Android Question Audio Record

Hello,
I’m looking for the right way to record voice audio highest compressed with less quality.

A short sentence recorded with the audio streamer needs 31kbytes, even compressed it needs 20kBytes. But the AudioRecordApp can do it with 3kbyte file size. But I don’t want to have the existing userinterface of this App.
