Not sure which shortcut you are referring to. It is not possible to silently install an app unless you are connected with USB debugging. This is why you see the dialog when you use B4A-Bridge.

guess we just have to drag it out from app list to home screen for a few hundreds of them, lol.
Is it possible to install application shortcut once the user downloads the app from google play store on home screen! I did check other posts and it appears that we have to click on the app to create shortcut but is there a way to create shortcut during application install?
It is not related to B4A. Google Play adds shortcuts automatically based on the user settings. Your app code doesn't run automatically after installation. So you will need to wait for the user to click on it once.
