Android Question Auto refresh page for every seconds

Not sure if it will work for you.

In my App - Order online
For the App client i use push notifications to inform the status.. (plus the user can refresh the App to know the status of he/she order)

To receive the order in the restaurant i just (automatic) refresh the App (in the kitchen) each 10 sec. (using a timer)

Thank you for the fast replied. But i think its not meet with the purpose of my application.

I have this one page where it will displayed the order progress from order placed until order delivered.

Right now user need to refresh on their own to know the order progress rather than it automatically refresh for every progress updated.

This function is to decrease the user click for the application

Why not use a timer to call the same function that gets called when the user clicks the refresh button?
