Hi

Windows 11 will be Published later in this year and you can get beta to day
they say windows 11 can run android app

I was wonder will it be possible to run the android app from b4a in windows 11 with out to send it to the Android device

Yes. Miguel de Icaza (of Xamarin and now Microsoft fame) has confirmed that you will be able to sideload your own apks into Windows 11. Though its Android implementation (unlike the Surface Duo) is plain AOSP and will lack all the Play Store APIs so some things will not work .
