The name of the exe in your first image is nothing to do with B4A, it looks like a Windows Update name. The name for the B4A exe in the second image looks odd. The name should be 'BA.exe' not 'B4A (1).exe' as shown.
It should be B4A.exe!
As already said, B4X(1) looks strange.
I would suggest to uninstall B4X like any other program in Parameters.
Delete the B4X folder where you installed B4X.
Download B4A again and install it.
It seems that is the downloaded installation file. It looks like it was downloaded twice and the browser renamed it to avoid overwriting the first download. Firefox at least does this.
