Android Question B4A runs only with admin rights on Win 11 64 Bit

Hello friends,

I am using b4a 13.40 version, when I installed the b4a app, it works first time. Next time I run the b4a.exe it will not run and not shown even in the taskbar. But when I run the b4a.exe with admin rights, it works. What may be the reason.

1. Run b4a.exe on command-line shell, see if there are any errors.
2. Check if b4a.exe is running in the task manager
3.Run eventvwr.msc, see windows logs

I installed B4J yesterday and got some kind of malware error on Win 10.
Erel, as a windows app developer, aren't you supposed to register your app with some organization that "white-lists" your app so ant-virus software doesn't detect the installation as malware?
I remember there being something like that. Could be wrong.
