iOS Question B4i and debugging first app

Greetings everyone.
This is my first time working with B4i. I've read a lot on the forum, but I don't know testing my app. I want to run the application, but there's no emulator like there is for B4a.
My operating system is Windows.
I don't own any Apple devices.
I don't know what the next steps are without wasting more time.
Can anyone guide me?

If you have purchased B4i license, it is likely you are planning to develop iOS apps.
You are willing to pay for Apple's developer access annually.
Eventually, you would want to run your B4i/iOS app on a real device.

Here are my suggestions:
  1. If you can't afford a new latest Apple device, just purchased a used device which is not too old for updates.
  2. If you target mostly on iPhone then don't get an iPad.
  3. For the time being, you can try to use a Hackintoch. You can run a simulator.
  4. Just bear in mind, simulator is not always an ideal choice if you are serious into B4i development.
  5. Running Hackintoch also has some pitfalls.
  6. Ultimately, the best combination is to get a real iPhone + Hosted Builder.

Now things are a little clearer. For example, if I get an iPhone 11, what are the next steps?
