I found a MacBook for about $150 (used) will go ahead and buy it.. hope it will run b4i.
I'm not very happy with this solution, but I think that I will go this way until I get enough money to buy any Mac (probably the mini).You could always go the Hackintosh route

You can prepare your Mac by installing Xcode 6 (or 5).
