Bug? B4i Layout Designer - Variant wrong size?

This should be 200 x 200 but looks more like 400 x 200. Whatever size I choose, it always looks 2x too wide.

Tip: use as few as possible variants. They will only make the layout more complicated to handle.

It reserves some space for the title and system bars, so it is not square.
