iOS Question B4i V2.2 publishing app using hosted Mac

Before everybody shuts their PC for the holiday - an urgent question:

Do I need to upgrade to v2.3 in order to publish to App store using hosted Mac?

Can I send to my app to beta testers using TestFlight with the hosted Mac option? If there are any other methods to send my App to my beta testers before uploading to the App store, I would appreciate it.

Yes.

No. You can compile your app, download the ipa and sent it to the tester. The tester will install it with the desktop iTunes.

If the tester only has mobile phone can they still install via iTunes?

I don't know what the shut down period is of your office - will there be any delays if I order v2.3 over the holiday period?

No. They will need to connect it to a Windows or Mac computer. It is possible to create an over the air solution with Dropbox or a similar service. I will try to write a tutorial about it tomorrow.

There will be no delay (there is no special shutdown here).
