Bug? B4J Autobackup Bug ....?

I have a strange Problem , by upgrading to 7.31 the Autobackup freezes the system
The PC is working over time to make this happen

Using windows 10 with B4J 7.31
it tries to make 2 backups at the same time

Are you sure that there aren't multiple instances of B4J open?

Yes sir
no multiple instances open , only if the backup starts
save and zip works fine


It is weird i have not noticed this until yesterday in this drastic way , it was locking for a bit but not freezing the whole system .
I am using the backup since you released it ... nice thing .. no weird happenings just the small lag when saving big projects

I even recreated the whole ABM project since it originated in windows 8 (home) so i recreated it in win 10 for permissions.
I just updated to 7.31 on win10 i was behind one version from the at home version.
B4A is backing up nice , i just see the small lag when saving, that is fine with me.

Must be a windows 10 thing somewhere / virusscanner , i did not noticed this on win8
hmmmm once i find out i will let you know

I could not find anything , my IT guys could not find anything either
i can email you the project maybe you see something if you want , or it is the size of the project that causes this ?

The backup occurs on the main thread. So it can cause the IDE to freeze for a few seconds if the project is large. Do you still see two backups every 10 minutes?

yes sir
right after it finishes the 1-st one it starts the next one
it is actually minutes freezing having 2 backups at the same time

Is it possible that it takes around 60 seconds for the zip to complete? This will indeed cause a second zip to start.

I will time it , but from the file creation times it looks like takes 60sec
