Wish [B4J] Better transparency support for Webp images

Transparent pixels are not well handled by the jWebp library.

Hey, come on now... You're a seasoned user at this site. You know you need to be a little more specific than that.

Try the library with your own images with a transparent background and you'll see what I mean. Almost all my transparent images are not well handled. It is probably due to the original java library that does not support well the alpha channel.
