B4J Question b4j compiles a redistributable .jar ?

b4j 8.10 with OpenJDK 11 compiles a jar.

The jar doesn't start without a javafx module.

How can I produce a full redistributable .jar ?

There is no such thing.

You should use B4JPackager11 together with inno setup to build a redistributable setup file.

My doubt is another: the .jar produced by b4j can be used as it is ? I'm on a new pc, but on the previous pc I was able to generate and execute a .jar with no problems.

It seems I don't have a java run time on my machine and I don't know which java run time is compatibile with open jdk11.

This is only a solution that will work for B4X developers. The correct way to build a solution for other users is with B4JPackager11.

If you are creating some utilities for yourself then switch to Java 8. The compiled jar will run.
