B4J Question B4J RED DOT on Sub AppStart

All of a sudden I see a red dot with the line: "Sub AppStart (Form1 As Form, Args() As String" highlighted in red.
The program still compiles and runs fine with no warnings.

What is this telling me?

What is this telling me?

It is the breakpoint sign; indicates a line on which execution will be stopped but only in debug mode.
