NO. But you can switch to Java 8 packaging tool wuth JDK 32bits.

You can also distribute the compiled jar directly, for the few 32 bit users.

Edit: you need to compile with Java 8.

1. You can double click on the jar to start it.
2. You can convert it to an executable file with the deprecated launch4j tool. Unlike the standalone package, it will depend on Java 8 being installed on the user computer.
