Wish B4R MQTT QOS 1 and/ or 2 for Client.Publish

Currently only QOS 0 is allowed for publish from a B4R MQTT Client. Can QOS 1 and/ or 2 be provided?
Any App currently using B4R MQTT risks support problems if reliable communications are essential.
