Android Question B4XPages OSMDroid not loading tiles after page navigation

I have an osm droid Mapview working in BX4Pages, but only on the first view of the page, if a move to another page and back to the map page the tiles no longer load. And if I try to load another tile source all the tiles disappear, when this also works fine on first open.
Also the Mylocation Overlay disappears when leaving the map page and returning.
The Map view is added on Page_Created and has no other code in the other page events, appear, close etc.

In my older apps before B4Xpages using activities the map state was kept when switching between activities.

Any ideas, hoping I dont have to recreate the mapview on page appear.

I'm not familiar with OSMDroid, but the page is simply a panel (in B4A). Moving to other pages shouldn't do anything special.

I didnt think it would.

The Mapview is added to a panel on page created and after move to another page and back and it is still there and can be scrolled etc but new tiles stop loading etc.
Will keep investigating, hopefully someone may have some ideas I can test.
