Android Question background location tracking location change not working

i have downloaded erel's example and running it both on debug and release mode. but the problem i am facing is "GPS_LocationChanged" event is not triggering itself so i cannot able to track location of particular device. please help me in this

1. Test it in release mode.
2. Test it outdoors. GPS doesn't work indoors.

Thanks for the reply. Yes it is working good. But when my phone is in sleep state it doesn't change the coordinates. is it for my phone only? or do phone always have to be in wake state only ??

You should include all the relevant information in the first post...

Many devices will turn off GPS and the CPU while they are "sleeping" even though the app acquires the partial wake lock.
