iOS Question Be able to install the mobile application (IOS) without using the AppStore

Currently, I have just finished the first version of my application, but I would like everyone to be able to install it without going through the AppStore, how can I do that? Because I’ve been looking for a few days, but I can’t find anything on the Internet.

Use devices as test devices (Adhoc Installation) or have them use Apple Testflight.
