Android Question Beginners problem

Hi,

I set up b4a and android sdk+ on my w7 machine.
Opened myfirstprogram from the beginners guide source lib.
Opened emulator device.
Compile/run (release)

Installing file to device. Error
Failed to install MyFirstProgram.apk: Can't find service: package

Please help. Thanks!
