Is there documentation for the BLE Library?

Any word in the documentation I wanted to add an event when I press a button to read Characteristics

OK I am confused. I was able to read characteristics via
"Sub BLE_CharacteristicRead (Success As Boolean, Characteristic As BleCharacteristic)"
But if I were to press a button How would I read characteristics again?

You can store the map of services you received in the Connected event in a global variable and then work with it.

how can I get RRSI value using BLE Library ?

The RSSI is currently not exposed in this library.
