Android Question Can I develope my 4-way control app to an mode that can work as an customizable control pad for PC games?

In my last post I asked an question about an android application and you guide me very well, once agian I need your help.
I want to devetope my application into an control pad to work as an wireless game pad for my PC game.
How can I do this? Does it need an other app for my PC?
If yes, please help me to build that app.

I'm not sure how the PC component translates the inputs and passes them to the actual game. There is probably a "virtual joystick" protocol in Windows that it implements.
