Android Question Can not find Avdmanager

Hello as I install SKD, my B4A can not find Avdmanager.bat in tools/bin
Is there any way to create it?
or have to update ?
or reinstall

I prefer to have option for copy from any other place than download and install again,

avdmanager.bat is part of Android SDK. It should be inside the command line tools zip.
