B4R Question Cannot connect my Arduino Mega 2560

Hi I tried to connect B4R to my Arduino Mega 2560 but got below error, can anyone advise / help what could go wrong. Hardware is definitely no problem as my original Arduino is working with the board perfectly.

Which version of Arduino IDE are you using?

Is the serial port selected in the board selector dialog?

I'm having the same issue here. Arduino Mega 2560 with the newest version of the Arduino IDE installed.
