Android Question Cannot connect to ADB server

based on this tutorial by Erel, successfully ran android things on RB-B , but i could not connect to adb server. the RB board has two IP addresses,
wifi 192.168.1.134 and ethernet 192.168.1.132. both are pinged OK from host computer. I ran system update check on RB, the system is up to date. Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Have you tried to restart the RPi?

yes I did, I checked the firewall settings on router, it is off. i followed the steps in the provided link i also ran the serial debug console without problems. i don't know what i missed to do!

Sorry but I have no other suggestions except of to format the sd card and start from scratch.

i re-installed image file without any success, i connected my Samsung, i could listed it with "devices" command but i could not connect to it!

it is working now, i built a simple network at home, PC, switch and RB. most probably it was related to network at work!
