B4R Question Cannot get sms message

I am using an UNO with a SIM7000A board. Using the 'GSM_Example' I can send SMS messages fine. But I do not receive message text. I added the line to format for Text and changed the phone number, otherwise the code in the example is unchanged. I do get the 'sender' and 'date' but the message text itself does not come through. Reports 'empty message' three times then deletes the message from the sim.
