Android Question Cannot not se bottom on screen on some phones

I have an App and on my Samsung Galaxy S3 mini i can scrolle down and see the button at the bottom.
But my friend with a Samsung S5 cannot se the button. Its like the scrollview will not go Down enought.

I tried to make the scrollview longer but still no button.

What to do?

I added a value to the panel it was in and that helped.

No it did help in my emulator but not on my friends phone.
So I still need some help.
