Bug? Can't browse to additional libraries or shared modules in paths configuration (B4A/B4J)

From the IDE Tools/Configure paths, clicking on Browse on Additional Libraries or Shared Modules opens a dialog that doesn't let you do much of anything.
The same problem occurs in the B4J IDE.

Can you select any path ?
If yes, that is the purpose of the Browse button.

It sounds like .Net Framework issue. This dialog isn't handled by the IDE.

The dialogs for Additional Libraries and Shared Modules are different to the dialog for selecting javac.exe. That for the java compiler is a select file dialog whereas that for the others are path dialogs that are intended to only let you select a folder and is much simpler. Is that what you are meaning?

This is what I get:

Click/double click on Desktop does nothing. Make New Folder works, OK copies the folder path to the paths dialog.
This is ONLY additional libraries and shared modules, the other Browse buttons work as expected.

Doesn't look properly. Try to reinstall .Net Framework.
