iOS Question Can't create certificate

I want to create a certificate according to Erel's instructions.
Everything is fine, but when I click Create certificate, I have to select a file. Well, I don't know which file.

It wants you to upload the CSR file you created in B4I:

Tools -> Private Sign Key
