Can't get started

Just installed b4a , followed the directions and get error when compiling or run.
here is the error....I assume something is out of place

Which Windows version are you using?

Where was Basic4android installed to?
For some reason the space in the path breaks the path. It should not normally happen.
You can uninstall Basic4android and install it to a different path that does not contain spaces.

getting started

I installed to the default which is progam files /anywheresoftware/basic4android.
Is this the file you mean or my project file folder?

I installed b4a to a folder with no spaces and it worked. The default path is not good.

It is strange that it fails. It was tested on many machines and worked properly.
A native Windows API is used to convert paths to legacy format which is supported by the "dexer" tool.
Which Windows version are you using?
