Android Question can't upload app in google play developer console

hi all
i have created an app named test.apk i try to upload it to my account in google play developer console and i got the following error
your up load is not suceessful your apk has to be in the form of com.example.myapp etc....
can you help me it is the first time i try to upload something. i apriciate if i can have step by step instructions on how to deploy an apk like that

Your package name is not valid. It must be something like "com.example.myapp" (to be unique). I use de.myrealname.myappname. Additionally: You need to private sign your app.
