Android Question change application name by language and country

by the method of creating res value-(language code), I can only change the application name according to a two letter language code.

But in language zh, simplified chinese and traditional chinese are basically two different languages. So I am looking for a way put the country / region code (cn/tw) in consideration too. Any suggestion?
