Wish Change shortcut keyboard

That is good if I could change the shortcut keyboard in B4a.
I'm working with PHPStorm.
Usually, I use the Ctrl+Up arrow to move the line but in B4a is Alt + Up arrow
I want both shortcut keyboards to be the same
