Can someone recommend a very cheap place/site to print off the entire users guide, beginners manual, code examples, and designer documentation? I would like a hard copy of these but I don't have a laser printer and I don't want to use my inkjet.
Can you post the prices you have paid for your hard copies?
Maybe someone with a laser printer wants to quote me to print it and mail it to me here in Oregon?
