Did you check to make sure that you have not changed your private key in the Tools > Private Sign Key setting in B4A?

Jajaja I publish My App on Saturday Sep 10 and It got upload to the store At Sep 13 Afternoon. He got lucky with 2 hours waiting.
By the way, I find a way to install directly the app even it in review state:
Closed testing > view release details > click on arrow in app bundle row > download tab >Signed, universal APK > install
